Me and my family at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lackland AFB San Antonio for the USAF BMT graduation, and our experience was excellent. This hotel is a great option for families attending the graduation due to its convenient location near Lackland Air Force Base (appx 8 minutes away from Luke East Gate). The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. A special mention to Linda, who was very kind and helpful to us. The hotel manager went above and beyond, assisting with an additional stay booking and an extension without any hassle. They also allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after a long trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for a family stay. Breakfast was decent, offering a good selection of food to start the day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and comfortable. For those attending the USAF BMT graduation, this hotel is highly recommended because of its proximity to the base, excellent service, and overall convenience. The combination of helpful staff, spacious rooms, and a prime location makes it a solid choice for visitors.

Trip for Airman graduation. Good breakfast, the staff will give you a to go bag if you are leaving before 6 (which I learned is not necessary). The base is 5 minutes away. All good fair priced / fair stay. Yes, for a little more money, there are other options nearby. It appeared this is a landing spot for Air Force families wanting to be close to the base. Good choice for just a place to stay for graduation. No kitchenette, yes microwave, yes coffee, yes, refrigerator, yes gym.. Clean and good enough to meet above average / medium level necessary needs of a hotel for graduation. Go ahead. No regrets. Nice staff. Lots of breakfast. Good memories.

KILLERRRRR!! my entire family loves him and I have booked three more stays here not only because this is definitely one of the nicer hotels in the area, but killer literally makes my day. And if anybody tries to get rid of him, it will be incredibly bad for business because everybody loves killer he is not aggressive at all. He is a very timid and shy street dog and this hotel is home he belongs here. I go back home to Florida, and I tell everybody about the resident dog that lives in the lobby of the hotel and it literally brings me joy just to talk about it.

I took the family to San Antonio to go to SeaWorld. I was looking for a good hotel that fit my budget. I came across Country Inn and Suites at LAFB and was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. Room was very spacious and I loved the tile floors. I liked that the hotel is pet friendly and did not make me pay a deposit for my pet. A lot of the reviews made me skeptical about my choice of Hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised that changes have been made by the Hotel management company to rectify the problems that were listed by earlier reviewers.

All I can say is thank you all for caring so much about your guest needs the way that you do. Our stay was everything and I love the fact that they have security at night. Great restaurants near by and shopping centers. The breakfast wasn’t at its best, but hey dress it up a little and it will save you some funds if you’re on a budget. Maybe it’s just me cause I am a Louisiana Gal lol☺️ overall when we come back to San Antonio this will be our place of stay again. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality..
